We collect the minimum data needed for paper copy-trading to function. Here is what we collect and why.
What we collect
Email (for login and registration confirmation), public Polymarket wallet address, your list of selected traders, your paper copy ledger, network address (to guard against brute-force attacks). Locale preference is stored in a cookie.
What we do NOT collect
Payment details. Real names or physical addresses. Browser history outside the site. No advertising trackers.
Signing key
The key is stored encrypted on the server and is used only to sign trades.
Contact channel
If you write to us via the “Contact us” form or the Telegram bot, we store the message text, its category, the reply contact you provide (if any) and, for Telegram, the chat id — to respond and improve the service. This is personal data, subject to the same retention and the same rights described below.
Cookies
Session cookies for login and CSRF protection, plus one cookie for the selected language. No analytics or marketing cookies. No cookies beyond the session are saved without your consent.
Retention
Data is kept while your account exists. After account deletion we remove it within 30 days, except security logs (up to 1 year).
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data or its deletion by writing to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Where data is stored
Servers in the European Union (Ireland). Backups are encrypted. Only PolyCopy engineers have access to production data.
